ARTWORK APPROVAL.
Ready to see your artwork in print? Once your quote is approved and payment is complete, we'll send you a detailed digital tech pack through our online approval process. These digital mockups, crafted with precision, let you see exactly how your design will look on the final garment, including print size, position, Pantone colours and other finishing details. Don't worry. We will only print once you've confirmed the digital proof. Provide notes if any tweaks are needed, and we'll create a revised version for your final approval.
PRODUCTION.
Your order is heading into production. We'll update you through email as your order progresses through each production stage.Worried about the production timeline? Don't. For standard designs printed in-house, expect a turnaround of about ten business days. More complex designs like embroidery, woven patches, or heat transfers might take a bit longer, but we'll always keep you in the loop. We'll communicate the timelines clearly so you know exactly when to expect your order to be complete.
