Mitch founded madebyplasma in 2018 to create a screenprinting studio that celebrates the art and culture of apparel design.
made merges bold, innovative designs with technical gear made for the outdoors and draws inspiration from the ocean and the print shop floor; his global travels bring avant-garde, gritty authenticity to his designs.
Mitch's vision extends beyond the production of madebyplasma merchandise and hardware and aims to be an immersive print shop; the made DesignLab offers its screenprinting services and expertise to brands locally, nationally and internationally, producing for brands and businesses from streetwear, music festivals, all the way through to workwear.
Made has become a space for individual expression, offering screenprinting workshops, and fostering a new generation of creatives in the industry. Live printing activations, and The Print Space, a workspace for experienced printers.

Head of Screenprinting.
With 35 years of experience, Adrian is our master screenprinter who has seen and done it all. His technical knowledge covers the full spectrum of screenprinting techniques, including simulated process, CMYK, water-based, discharge, and specialty inks, with a deep understanding of their specific behaviours and applications.

Adrian's ability to troubleshoot on the fly is a testament to his problem-solving skills. He has worked in high-volume production settings and mastered setups for multi-colour registrations, flash curing, and perfecting fine-detail prints from 25pcs to 25,000pcs. His adaptability to new materials and technology, and his constant updating of his skills, make him an actual industry authority. Adrian's relentless pursuit of perfection ensures that every print meets the highest standards of quality and precision.

With over 10 years of hands-on experience in print shops, Liam is an indispensable creative asset to the team and the clients he serves. He specializes in artwork separations for screenprinting, with deep expertise in advanced techniques like simulated process, halftones, and CMYK separations. Liam's technical skills allow him to break down even the most intricate designs into manageable layers, ensuring every detail is captured in the final print with precision, whether fine gradients, complex colour transitions, or high-detail artwork. From the initial concept to the final printed garment, Liam guides clients through every step of the process. He collaborates closely with customers to translate their vision into print-ready designs, offering creative input while ensuring technical feasibility. His ability to communicate complex ideas helps clients feel confident and involved, leading to high-quality, perfectly executed prints reflecting their unique style and brand.
