  • TCX Pantones: Textile colours do not correspond directly to solid-coated or Solid Uncoated Pantones.
  • RGB or Hex Codes: Digital colour codes (e.g., #340349) used for screens and web design.
  • On-Screen Image Swatches: Colours displayed on screens can vary due to different display settings.
  • CMYK Images: Colour models used in printing that do not always translate directly to screen printing inks.

Please provide solid-coated references or physical samples for the most accurate colour reproduction.

PRINTING WITH AN UNDERBASE

In screenprinting terms, a white under base is a layer of white ink printed beneath the design's primary colours, particularly on dark or coloured garments. The primary reasons for using a white under base are to ensure colour accuracy and Vibrancy of the colours represented truly and not dulled by the colour of the garment.

"The primary reasons for using a white under base are to ensure colour accuracy and Vibrancy of the colours are represented truly and not dulled by the colour of the garment".

Printing colours directly onto dark fabrics can result in dull, muted, or distorted prints due to the fabric's colour influences the final appearance of the printed ink.

*Please note lighter garments will not require a white underbase.
